Refund policy

Gift vouchers

If you change your mind, you can cancel a gift voucher bought online within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as it has not been used. Email andy@asgolf.co.uk with your order number and we will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.

After 14 days, or once a voucher has been part-used, vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. Any unused balance stays on the voucher and can be used towards any lesson, custom fitting or simulator session.

Lessons, custom fitting and simulator sessions

These are booked through our online booking system. Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange, by email, by phone or using the link in your booking confirmation. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours' notice, and missed sessions, may be charged in full.
