This website is operated by AS Golf Retail Ltd, trading as AS Golf, from The Golf Lounge, Meadow Lane, Birstall, Leicester, LE4 4EU. By using this website or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We provide golf coaching, custom club fitting and simulator hire at The Golf Lounge, Birstall. Lessons and sessions are booked through our online booking system, and prices are shown on our website and booking page. We may update prices from time to time, but the price you are quoted when you book is the price you pay.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are bought for a set value and can be used towards any lesson, custom fitting or simulator session. If the service costs more than the voucher, the difference is paid on the day. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Please keep your voucher code safe, as we cannot replace codes that have been lost or used by someone else. See our refund policy for how to cancel a voucher.

Payments

Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.

Your information

We only use your details to manage your bookings and orders and to contact you about them. See our privacy policy for full details.

Liability

We take great care to provide a safe environment. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
